Sophie currently lives in the UK, just south of London; however has been lucky enough to travel around Europe for the past year in a quest to practice the FORM Performance Method on some of cycling’s best roads!
Sophie has an extensive cycling background and began racing cross-country mountain bikes when she was just 9 years old. By the age of 16 she was competing nationally and a member of the Great Britain squad. Highlights from her career include; representing Great Britain at several World Cups, Championships and European races. Although, she no longer competes professionally as a former three-time National Champion she understands what it takes to compete at the top of the sport. Post cycling career Sophie worked in the Financial Services industry for 11 years so she has an in-depth understanding of what it takes to balance training with a demanding and stressful profession.
Now that she is a CINCH Coach she trains because she’s addicted to progress and the feelings of accomplishment; she is unsure if she will return to racing but at the moment she loves offering her extensive knowledge to help others. She’s wants to guide as many people as possible to find that same fulfilment in their lives through the sport of cycling.
