Create grit to overcome the pain from feeling gratitude.


You know, it can all go away. Your health, your time, your sport can just disappear.


I know, I lost my career in a blink of an eye. Gone.


But I didn’t lose what truly matters, and that is my relationship with the sport.


It’s a privilege for us to be able to do what we do. To push hard, to train to get better, and to accomplish the goals WE chose.


So next time you are struggling with the pain, relieve it with a health dose of “thank you” and smile. Watch everything change in a second.
