3 Tips To Boost Your Confidence

Feel like your struggling on the bike? Feel like your daily life has extreme highs and lows. What’s different day-to-day? Why do I feel like that? What’s wrong with me? Feel a general lack of confidence? Lack of motivation?

You have to create your confidence daily! Through your process. And this process and its consistency is king.

People often feel like they suffer from not having enough time. Well, I just couldn’t get it in today. So the ride gets missed and then the tailspin starts. You now feel guilty and you also haven’t created that confidence and those positive feeling and emotion to take back to your daily life off the bike, or your job, or your family.

But what I’ve found is the busiest people are the most successful! How is that so?

Priorities! And this time management. They know what’s important to them and make time for “that” whatever it is. They know when the free time is, the bottlenecks or time sucks may occur, and so they structure their day accordingly to get everything in where it best fits. Look at it as a puzzle. How can I do more with less? Then set out to adhere to that plan as much as possible. Once you find what works. There’s your key to consistency.

If we know the process and its consistency leads to the best version of ourselves then it must be our mission to execute that to its fullest daily.

Here are 3 tips to make your process your bread and butter and the source of your true confidence.

1. Don’t compare yourself to others OR yes OR previous versions of yourself!!
2. Remind yourself of what you’re capable of. Self-awareness!
3. Look at the hours in the day. What you can get done and when to best maximize your time. If it’s not working now or could be better, try something new!

Consistently executing your process is the path to the best version of yourself. Find yours. Own it. Trust in it. Feel the confidence from it.
